2016-2021 Strategic Plan

Since the summer of 2015 the CLS has been engaged in a strategic planning process that involved consultation with supported individuals, family members, staff, community stakeholders, and Board members. During this process we also revisited our Vision, Mission and Values to ensure they were in line with the strategic plan. 

On March 30, 2016 the CLS Board of Directors approved the 2016-2021 Strategic Plan. We are pleased to introduce a Plan that is consistent with our commitment to supporting the quality of life of the people we support and the ongoing growth of communities in which we all work and live. 

As our new Mission clearly articulates, we view our role as supporting people to live as full citizens.
