Compensation and Benefits

The Community Living Society offers wage rates that are competitive within the community living sector. After every year of service, employees who have worked the necessary number of hours, will be provided with wage increases.

Our benefits package includes coverage for Extended Health and Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Dependent Life Insurance, Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance, as well as cost-sharing  for Long Term Disability and Medical Services Plan of B.C. (MSP). After one year of employment, you are automatically enrolled in the Municipal Pension Plan (MPP), an exceptional defined benefit plan.
